My store doesn’t impose minimum order requirements, making it easy for you to purchase faux flowers as needed. However, please note that orders under £150 must be paid in full at the time of purchase. For orders exceeding £150, we are happy to discuss flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. Enjoy shopping for beautiful faux flowers without the pressure of minimums!
Alterations will be limited to 3 per order, after 3 alterations, there will be a small fee of £7.50. Changes to the flowers being used or new flowers wanted will be charged accordingly.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is faulty (does not match the description or is not of satisfactory quality), please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and details. I will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund (including the deposit where applicable) at my discretion, in line with your statutory consumer rights.
